Building Skills for Inclusivity and Connection

This Cultural Competency Training is designed to equip staff with the essential skills they need to effectively connect with individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds. The goal is to ensure that organisations and services are inclusive and welcoming for people from all backgrounds and cultures.

Developing a Diverse Perspective

Through this training, participants will gain the ability to view the world through the lens of others, appreciating the rich diversity that exists within different communities. This perspective shift is crucial for fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and understood.

Key Components of the Training:
